http://www.socialmention.com/ is the coolest new research tool I use to see what is being said about me or my Etsy shop to see where other forms of traffic could be coming from..or where I could get more trafic;-)

It's alot like Google Alerts but for social media, plus it gives you a cool widget you can add to your blog or sites. It was on this site that I found out that my Oxidized Ring and Burnished Copper Earrings are Number 7 on Timothy Adam Designs' "Etsy Top 10 Thanksgiving Edition on Facebook. and Twitter I had no idea!
