Quiet Time..but happy memories..and a blog giveaway from Ny

Hey fam....

This is a very hard month for me, as March 13th will make the 2nd anniversary of my grandmothers' passing. She died form complications from Type II Diabetes in 2007. She was 91 yrs old. We all knew the day was coming soon but we were hoping to see her return to the Most High peacefully in her sleep. She died in the hospital.She was my best friend, my rock and I miss her terribly. I'm kinda tearing just writing this I miss her that much.

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm still recovering from that same pain you're feeling, so you are not alone. Time truly does heal.

In more positive news, I love your wooden necklace with the circle in the middle. Gimme that:-D

Hi Nye -- So sorry for your loss. I feel your pain. I lost my father much the same way, at the age of 65 in 2002. It still hurts, even after almost 7 years now, and I still want to tell him stuff that happens sometimes, then remember he's gone. You're in my thoughts!

All of the jewelry pieces in your giveaway are beautiful. I am especially drawn to the wooden square with circle necklace as it is so different.

so sorry about your loss! just hold on to those memories, and photos, and good times! it's never easy losing someone. But remember she is never gone, as long as you hold on to those memories!
